Domestic Shipping: 3 Day, 2 Day, and Same Day Shipping<\/strong><\/p>

  • Delivery time is measured in business days.<\/li>
  • Daikin Bezalel collaborates with various professional shipping carriers. Your order will be shipped by the carrier that can best meet the guaranteed delivery time.<\/li>
  • SAME DAY DELIVERY is guaranteed if Daikin Bezalel has a warehouse\/showroom in Abuja and your orders within are placed before 12 noon. All orders undergo up to a 3-hour processing time before shipping. Marketplace orders may require up to 1 business day if sourced from multiple brands.<\/li>
  • Orders are not processed or delivered on Sundays.<\/li>
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. They cover the services provided by the carrier and will not be refunded if an item is returned for any reason.<\/li><\/ul>

    Large Item Delivery and White Glove Delivery<\/strong><\/p>

    Both delivery methods are intended for large items. White Glove Delivery includes room-specific delivery, unpacking, and optional disposal of packing material.<\/p>

    • Deliveries are scheduled by the carrier prior to delivery. Once scheduled, delivery typically occurs within 3 to 5 business days for most items.\u00a0<\/li>
    • An adult signature is necessary to confirm acceptance of delivery.<\/li>
    • Very rural locations may necessitate up to 7 business days for delivery.<\/li><\/ul>

      Pick Up In-Store<\/strong><\/p>

      • Orders must be placed by 3:30 p.m. (local time) Monday through Friday to qualify for same-day pick-up. Orders placed after 3:30 p.m. will be available for pick-up after 12 p.m. the following business day.<\/li>
      • Photo ID, the original credit card used for the order (if applicable), a physical copy of your \u201cOrder Invoice & Payment,\u201d and signature are required for package pick-up.<\/li>
      • Orders not retrieved within seven calendar days from receiving your \u201cReady to Pick Up\u201d email will be restocked and refunded.<\/li>
